COLLECTION FROM OUR STORE

You can pick up your order from our store within three (3) working days from the completion of your order, at no extra charge. After the end of the three days period, the order will be canceled without prior notice.

The store is open Monday-Wednesday-Saturday 9:30 am-3:00pm

Tuesday-Thursday-Friday 9: 30am-2: 00pm and 5: 00pm-9: 00pm

GREECE

Shipping time is 2-5 working days from the moment the product is shipped and the shipping cost is 4 €.

Pay with cash on delivery is charged € 2.50 (including VAT 24%) in Attica and the amount is added to the order amount. Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel from the courier company we work with. Please if there is no receipt, contact us to help better serve you.

– No shipments are made on Saturday. – Sundays and holidays there are no shipments / processing and delivery of orders.

– In remote areas of the country delivery time may be affected.

CYPRUS

Shipments are made daily, except weekends, and the delivery is made within 3-10 working days. Shipping cost is 13€.

Shipments are made with the courier company SPEEDEX. Upon completion of your order, you will be automatically sent an e-mail, where you will be informed about its registration, in which all the details of your order will be listed in detail. After checking the order and the availability of the products, you can follow the progress of your parcel through our site simply by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and click on view in your respective order.

For purchases over 150€, shipping is free. Not valid in discount period.

RETURNS

Money refunds are not accepted.
In case of change of any product, this must be in the original condition in which it was purchased, the cards not cut, and with the purchase receipt.
For any return you must first contact our company via e-mail or phone.
The return of the product is done by courier with your own shipping costs to our shipping details which are written on the package. ATTENTION! RETURN OF THE PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED ONLY IF THE CUSTOMER HAS PAID HIS SHIPPING COSTS!
You have the right to return the products you bought if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can change with another number or color, as well as change with another product or issue a credit voucher with a validity of 2 months for purchases of equal or greater value than the product you returned.
